Where do you ship my order from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney 2765.

How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

Orders placed before 9am will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 9am will be shipped the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my item?

Standard Shipping | 6-10 business days from dispatch
Express Shipping | 3-7 business days from dispatch

Most orders will be shipped via Australia Post. For the latest shipping timeframes and updates please click here.

If your order is over 22kg or include an XL item (LUXE Hollywood Mirror, Floor Mirrors, Vanity Tables) it will be shipped via Allied Express. We do not ship XL items to PO boxes.

Please Note: Shipping timeframes are provided by the shipping providers. Whilst most packages arrive within these timeframes please understand it is out of our control for any delays/ errors caused by the couriers however we will ensure your package is delivered. If you choose express post, once dispatched, your order our will be sent on the fastest service available. No refunds will be provided due to postal delays.

I need to update my address/ it is incorrectly recorded

Please email support@luvostore.com.au immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your order has been dispatched, we will try our best to get in contact with the courier to update the address. If the request is declined, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the re-shipping fee will be at the cost of the buyer.

Free Parcel Insurance

We've spent a lot of time perfecting our packaging to ensure that your order arrives safe and sound. However, if an item gets damaged during delivery, we'll send you a replacement free of charge. If this occurrs please email our support team with a photo/ video of the damage and they will be able to assist you further.
