How fast do you dispatch orders?

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship orders via two carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery:

Allied Express Courier: For XL products, including Floor Mirrors, Vanity Tables, and Luxe Hollywood Mirrors.

Australia Post: All other products.

Please note, if your order contains both XL and standard items, it may be split between the two carriers.

This approach ensures that your products reach you in the fastest and most efficient way possible.

How long will it take to receive my item?

Australia Post

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days to metro cities (excluding NT) after dispatch.

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days to metro cities (excluding NT) after dispatch.

Orders are shipped from Sydney Metro (2765) via Australia Post.

For the latest delivery estimates to your exact post code, please visit the Australia Post website.

Allied Express Courier

Delivery Timeframe: 3-10 business days, depending on your location.

PO Box Restrictions: Please note that XL items cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

What if my product arrives damaged?
