Quick answers
Do the mirrors need a power point?
Yes. They run on mains power with the supplied plug and 1.5 m cord (centre back). Not battery, not hardwired.
Can I install a mirror in my bathroom?
No. Our mirrors are not rated for bathrooms or wet areas, and warranty does not cover moisture damage.
Can my electrician hardwire it?
No. Any change to the supplied power connection voids the warranty.
What screws do I need?
Crystal, Arch Edge, LUXE: 3 x M8 x 18 mm base screws and 4 x ST5 x 40 mm wall screws. Diamond: 4 x M6 x 12 mm base, 6 x M4 x 10 mm back, 4 x ST5 x 40 mm wall. Floor mirrors: 4 x ST5 x 40 mm wall screws. All available at hardware stores.
How do I clean the mirror?
Glass cleaner and a microfibre cloth on the glass; dry cloth on metal. No abrasives.
Can I pick up my order?
No, online delivery only.
Is packaging discreet?
All orders ship in Luvo Store branded boxes.
Why is there a blue light when the mirror is off?
It is the power indicator and cannot be switched off separately. A faint red glow at night is normal.
What size are the Crystal mirrors?
Crystal: mirror 78 cm high x 60 cm wide (portrait). Crystal 2: 60 cm high x 80 cm wide (landscape).
